ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier.
Please note that during high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery time is up to 15 business days from the date of shipment.
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:
- High order volumes
- Carrier issues
- Customs clearance procedures
- External factors beyond our control
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise specified.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
It may take a few days for tracking updates to appear.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for:
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Packages returned to sender
If a package is returned due to incorrect information:
- Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once an order has been shipped, Jeff&co is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
- Lost or stolen packages
However, we will assist customers in contacting the carrier where possible.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:
- Photos of the damaged packaging
- Photos of the product
Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If a package is not successfully delivered due to:
- Customer absence
- Failure to collect the package
- Incorrect address
We reserve the right to:
- Deduct shipping costs from any refund
- Charge a reshipping fee
