Items are NOT eligible for return if:

  • Used or tested by a pet
  • Contain hair, odors, stains, or signs of use

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return must be requested within 14 days

Costs:

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Apply partial refunds if value is reduced
