Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition in which you received it
- Unused (it must not have been used by your dog)
- Free of hair, odours or signs of use
- With its original tags
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Once your request is approved:
- We will send you detailed instructions
- We will give you the address to ship the item to
Important:
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
We do not accept returns sent without prior authorisation.
Specific products (dog beds)
Wooden base
- Returnable only if not assembled or used
- Must be free of scratches, damage or signs of assembly
Mattress
- Returnable only if never used
- Must be free of hair, odours or stains
Cover
- Returnable only if unused and unwashed
- Must be intact, with no signs of use
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns of:
- Products used by your dog
- Dirty products, or products with hair or odours
- Personalised or made-to-measure items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged or wrong item, contact us immediately so we can fix the problem.
Exchanges
To get a different product:
- Return the item
- Place a new, separate order
Right of withdrawal (European Union)
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason.
The same conditions apply:
- Item unused
- Intact and clean
- In its original packaging
- With proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return:
- We will let you know whether it has been approved
- If approved, the refund will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method
