Which size should I choose?
Your dog should be able to lie fully stretched out on the mattress. As a guide: S up to about 8 kg, M about 8–18 kg, L about 18–30 kg, XL from about 30 kg. Between two sizes, choose the larger one.
Is Kumo suitable for dogs with hip dysplasia or joint pain?
Yes. Kumo’s mattress is multi-layer memory foam at 40 kg/m³: it spreads your dog’s weight and reduces pressure on the joints while they rest.
Is it suitable for dogs with sensitive skin or dermatitis?
Yes. The cover is certified OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 in Class I, the same grade used for baby products: it is made for sensitive skin and dermatitis, in contact with the bed for many hours a day. The foam is CertiPUR® certified.
Can I wash the cover?
Yes. The cover is removable with a zip and machine washable: cold wash and air dry. A spare cover is available in every size, also OEKO-TEX® Class I, for sensitive skin and dermatitis.
How long does delivery take?
Every Kumo is made to order in Italy. Estimated delivery is 1–3 weeks from your order (1–2 weeks for covers), across Europe.
Can I return it?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return, if the product is unused, clean and in its original packaging. Write to info@jeffandco.es to start it. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
What is Kumo made of?
A low wooden base with recessed feet, a mattress with a memory foam top layer over a firmer support layer, and a removable cover. Two finishes: Tobacco and Ivory.
